Hennessy is part of the LVMH Group and is known for providing high-quality, original and unique products. The story of Hennessy begins with an outstanding figure. Richard Hennessy was an Irish official loyal to the King of France. He had a keen insight into the huge commercial potential of the "eaux-de-vie" (eaux-de-vie) in the Cognac region. In 1765, he founded his own brand winery, starting a chapter in Hennessy's glorious history.
Hennessy X.O
Hennessy first created X0-grade Cognac in 1870. It is made by cellar masters passed down from generation to generation, carefully combining over a hundred kinds of eaux-de-vie from the four top grape-growing regions in the Cognac region, and it also contains more than 50 years of aging. The fragrant and mellow wine taste and the sensual, luxurious and modern quality perfectly interpret the true meaning of top-level XO. Only Hennessy X0 is the original XO grade cognac, respected as the origin and foundation of XO.
Aroma: The aroma is soft, mellow and delicate; it contains spicy aroma, plus oak woody aroma and ripe fruit aroma.
Taste: The taste is mellow and rich, bringing out the strong peppery and aged flavors to the fullest. Together with the water of life brewed in aged oak barrels, Hennessy X.O has a mellow, long-lasting and delicate aroma.

【About Customization】
- Scope:2 portraits + a text
- Each additional person's portrait will be charged an additional design fee of $100/person.
- Artwork: If you cancel the order after the artwork is published, you will be charged a design fee: $150 for the artwork and $100 for the portrait design per person.
- Engraving: Clear all LABEL and engrave the front by default. If a different pattern is printed on the back, an additional $100 will be charged.
- Time: After confirming the draft, it will take 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to complete the work.
- Urgent mail: For urgent mail, please communicate and confirm the designated collection date in advance before purchasing the urgent mail service.

Typically shipping time varies from 2 days to 5 days. If you have an event date, please let us know on the remark section of ordering and we will do our best to match your deadlines for you.
For urgent orders, customers can request an upgrade to Gogox for same day delivery. In the case of an upgrade, surcharge will be paid by customers.

- Customize Product: no exchange or refund. In the case of damage & wrong shipment, please email us at hello@designyourown.wine within 7 days from receiving the products for a re-shipment.
- Non-Customize Product: Please ship it back to us (shipping cost will be paid by customer) in perfect condition for exchange and refund.
