WARRANTY & REPAIRS

 

DOES MY DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY / GUARANTEE?

 

DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 1 years from the original date of purchase for products. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Please note that parts of wood, leather, glass and string items have a warranty of up to one year from date of purchase.

 

Engrave or purchase by other brands on your DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE Products could damage the unique threading system and will void the warranty.

 

The warranty offered on DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE products does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE PRODUCTSLERY IS LOST OR STOLEN?

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on Products and insurance cover is advisable on all valuable Products. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

MY DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE PRODUCTSLERY IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We politely request that faulty or damaged items are returned to a DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE retailer to be sent to our REPAIRS AND SERVICES DEPARTMENT for assessment. We would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased from. However if this is inconvenient for you, we would advise you to return to any DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE retailers for assistance. Your store will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.

 

CAN MY DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE PRODUCTSLERY BE REPAIRED?

This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.

 

We offer a repairs service including replacing paints, re-engraving, etc.

 

If your Products is outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase, these services will be at a small cost. Charges must be paid to a DESIGN YOUR OWN WINE retailer.

 

In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
